Shuttle bus service

Upon arrival at the airport on Wednesday, 13 November 2024, participants will be greeted by our Welcome Desk adorned with the official logo of the 24th AIMS Congress. Dedicated DHA receptionists will be on hand to assist participants in navigating their way to the designated shuttle bus, generously provided by the host organization. Alternatively, participants may opt to arrange transportation via taxi or private car to their respective hotels, with the assistance of our knowledgeable staff.

The shuttle bus service will operate at regular intervals, departing from the airport every 2 hours from 0:00h to 24:00 on November 13th, ensuring convenient and timely transportation to the official hotels.

Travel from/to offical hotels

Throughout the Congress, DHA will coordinate shuttle buses stationed at the official hotels to facilitate transportation to and from Congress venues, as well as to various social events. Furthermore, as part of our comprehensive package, transportation will be provided for excursions from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back to Hanoi or the airport, ensuring that participants can explore the region's beauty with ease and convenience.
