The time and location to receive the Race Kit will be announced in detail via the official website or via email to each registered runner
2. Procedures
Runners will receive an email notification from Heritage Race.
Check your email, confirm your information and sign the disclaimer via the link received.
Save the unique QR code corresponding to your BIB number after signing (should be saved as a photo or printed on paper).
Present the QR code and identification documents (ID card/passport/temporary residence card...)
In case of receiving on behalf of someone else:
1. Fill in the information of the authorized person completely and accurately according to the link received.
2. Present the runner's QR code (on the phone or printed)
3. Identity documents of the recipient (ID card/passport/temporary residence card...)
The Organizing Committee (OC) will not accept photocopies of identity documents
Notes :
- Please sign the disclaimer sent to your email before coming to the Race Kit receiving counter. The BTC will only accept the Race Kit delivery if you have completed this online before coming to the counter.
- Please check your Race Kit carefully at the counter. After you have left the Race Kit receiving area, the BTC will not accept any return of any products in the Race Kit.
Other notes :
- Medals will be awarded to runner who complete the race within the cut-off time specified by Vietnam Airlines – Run For Love.
- Medical support is provided at some fixed points on the race course and from mobile medical volunteers on the race course.
- Energy support food is provided at some points along the race course.
- BIB number must always be attached to the front of the runner's shirt.
