General Information
1. TIME AND LOCATION

Location: West Lake, Hanoi
2. PARTICIPANTS
- Group 1: Participating runners are officers, employees, family members, friends, and partners of Vietnam Airlines.
- Group 2: Runners and amateur clubs in Hanoi.

- Runner must be present at the Start line 30 minutes before the race.
- Runner can reach the Start point by any means possible.
- The Organizing Committee (OC) will arrange parking for runners using personal vehicles.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Runner must read, understand and agree to the Regulations of the Race when registering to participate. Receiving a BIB means that each runner has accepted the Regulations.
5. AGE ELIGIBILITY
- Half Marathon 21 km: At least 16 years old on the day of the race
- 10 km distance: No limit
- 5 km distance: No limit
6. START LINE, FINISH LINE AND ROUTE
6.1. Start/Finish:

- - 21KM distance: Ly Tu Trong Garden (start) - Nguyen Dinh Thi - Trich Sai - Lac Long Quan - Ve Ho - Nhat Chieu - Sen Ho Tay - Quang Ba - Quang Khanh - Turn around at Quang Khanh intersection - Dang Thai Mai (Kim Nguu Temple) - Quang Khanh - Quang Ba - Sen Ho Tay - Nhat Chieu - Ve Ho - Lac Long Quan - Trich Sai - Nguyen Dinh Thi - Ly Tu Trong Garden (finish)
- - 10KM distance: Ly Tu Trong Garden (start) - Nguyen Dinh Thi - Trich Sai - Lac Long Quan - Turn around at Van Nien Pagoda - Lac Long Quan - Trich Sai - Nguyen Dinh Thi - Ly Tu Trong Garden (finish)

7. TIME RECEIVING RACEKIT
The time and location to receive the Race Kit will be announced in detail via the official website or via email to each registered runner
Runners need to save and present the QR code and the original identification document (ID card/passport...) used when registering to receive the Race Kit.
The Race Kit will include the BIB number, the performance chip and T-shirt. Instructions will be sent via email.
8. BIB NUMBER
Runner must wear the official BIB number issued with the Race Kit before the race. The BIB must be worn while competing in front of the runner.
Runner cannot compete without a BIB.
9. RACE TRACK
The official map of the race track, with specific notes on checkpoints, water stations, first aid stations and toilets, is published on the race website.
10. KM SIGNS
Kilometer signs will be placed along the course.
However, due to the nature of the sign locations, there may be a certain tolerance calculated in meters from the starting point. Therefore, the kilometer signs will only be used for orientation purposes. Runners should not calculate their running speed based on the signs alone.
11. SECURITY AND SUPPORT
Security and medical forces from relevant departments and agencies, along with a team of volunteers, will be on duty at the event area and on the course to best support the runners.
The decisions of the security or medical forces are final for the runners, including requiring the runners to stop participating in the race for security or medical reasons.
12. WATER POINTS
Every 2.5km to 3km there will be a water reservation point with accompanying services such as first aid, rest area, drinking water (regular and electrolyte water) and bananas, or a type of energy food.
You should put your used cup in the trash so as not to block the way of the runners behind.
13. PERSONAL DRINKS
Runner can leave their personal drinks at the water reservation points along the course.
To deposit personal drinks, you need to mark your drinks with your BIB number and clearly state the water reservation point where you want to deposit your personal drinks.

You can only deposit drinks to the Organizing Committee on the day of receiving your Race Kit.
14. TIMING CHIP
Sportstats Asia, a professional sports performance measurement service provider, is responsible for measuring the performance of all runners in the race. You will receive a time chip attached directly behind the BIB number. Please do not fold the BIB, the part with the time chip, to avoid damaging the time chip
To get the most accurate measurement of your performance, and for the race results to be recognized, you need to run through all timing mats at the start, finish and checkpoints along the race course.
You will not be allowed to participate in the race without a BIB number.
15. RESULTS
Results will be updated live on the program website while the race is taking place, allowing you to access and track your running time or that of other runners right on the spot.
All race results will be published on the website immediately after the race ends.
16. PACERS
If you would like to time your race, you can run with our Pacers. How will you recognise them?
They will be wearing a large balloon with a target time to complete the race. The target time will also be printed on the pacers' BIBs.
17. HEALTH ASSURANCE
Each runner undertakes to take responsibility for their own health when registering for the race.
By signing for the BIB number from the Organizing Committee, each runner has accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions of the race.
In addition, by receiving the BIB number from the Organizing Committee, the runner participating in the race also officially acknowledges that he/she has had a health check with a medical professional and has been confirmed as eligible to participate in the race at least 3 months before the race takes place.
Please complete the Health Status form when registering for the race.
18. BAGGAGE COUNTER
The booth will be open from 4:00 to 10:00 on the day of the race.
You can leave your bag at the booth at the start area on the day of the event.
Please mark your bag with your BIB number to avoid losing it.
You should not leave valuables in your bag. Although there is a dedicated staff for the bag drop counter, the organizers will not be responsible for any loss, misplacement or damage to items left at the bag drop counter.
19. RACE INFORMATION DISSEMINATION
The organizers plan to hold a race briefing in the afternoon of the day before the race. Details of the time and location will be updated to the runners.
The schedule and location of this meeting will be announced to each runner 5-7 days before the race.
20. PHOTOS
The Organizing Committee will arrange professional photographers and videographers to take and record images of the runners at some points with beautiful views on the race course and at the Finish line.
