DHA Vietnam has dedicated a large time and resources to develop the Vietnam Heritage Race, a system now consisting of three marathons held annually in Hanoi (since 2018), the northern coastal city of Halong (since 2014) and in Can Tho (since 2019), the heart of Vietnam’s Mekong Delta rice basket.
But prior to the establishment of the race system, the company had successfully organized many sport events on large scale.
- Hoi An Walking Day (September 2010): an environment protection event, with 2,500 people attended.
- Happy Color Run series (2015-2016)

A year later, it held the Halong Bay Half Marathon, which has since become the first and only international marathon held successfully each year in Ha Long in 2016-2020, having placed its name on the world marathon map.

Now one of Vietnam's leading professional marathons, the race has been endorsed by the municipal People's Committee to be the only official marathon event of the city.

- Can Tho Heritage Marathon 2019:
The marathon made its debut in 2019, having drawn the participation of more than 1,200 Vietnamese and foreign runners.
DHA Vietnam did not plan the marathon for 2020 while the 2021 race has been cancelled due to the pandemic.
Apart from inviting foreign runners to attend marathons held in Vietnam, DHA Vietnam has also been taking Vietnamese runners on overseas trips to expand their experience in training and competition.
