Crew Member/Volunteer Sought For Halong Bay Heritage Marathon
The Halong Bay Heritage Marathon 2023's Organizers would like to announce the registration to recruit Crew Members and Volunteers at the following link.
Registration period: November 1-12, 2023 or until sufficient quantity is reached.
The Halong Bay Heritage Marathon 2023 needs 500 Crew Members and volunteers to assist in track security, water supply, medical care and support at the gathering point, etc. along with other tasks.
We understand that it is volunteers, many of whom are longtime runners or people who love running, will make an important contribution to a successful marathon. Therefore, we respectfully invite you to join the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon 2023 to bring great experiences to runners.
BENEFITS
Crew members and volunteers of the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon 2023 will receive:
o Uniform
o Health insurance
o Crew member/ Volunteer certificate
o Crew member/ Volunteer medal
o Financial aid (Depending on role)
o Name on the backdrop “CREW – Part of the race’s success” (Only for Crew member)
REQUIREMENT
Crew members and volunteers participating in the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon 2023 need to meet the following criteria:
o 18 years old or above
o Have good health conditions; Runners or those who have supported running events are prioritized
o Love sports
o Have teamwork skills, hardworking and honest
After November 12, 2023, the Organizers will email to all of you to advise the results of passing/failing as well as training program information.

The Halong Bay Heritage Marathon running track is certified by the World Athletics and the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races. The race is part of the official competition system of the Vietnam Sports Administration and the Vietnam Athletics Federation. The marathon has joined the Age Group Ranking System of Abbott World Marathon Majors since 2022.

The Heritage Race system, organized annually by DHA Vietnam, comprises the Hanoi Marathon - Heritage Race in October, the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon in November and the Can Tho Marathon - Heritage Race in December.
